03 · the collective

Veterans of the high-level production industry

VISUALNEX.US isn't a booking agency skimming a roster — it's the crew itself. Artists and engineers who've spent decades on festival stages, tours, cruise ships, arenas and art installations, now bookable as one unit. House rule: everything is figure-outable.

20+years on stages

Festival-proven

Ultra Worldwide. EDC / Insomniac. Charter cruises & festivals at sea — even installations and live performances in harsh conditions such as Burning Man (to name a few). The reels below say it all. Not stock footage.

Engineers on the crew

When the show needs software that doesn't exist, we write it — our development arm ships production tools year-round. Your weird idea is our normal Tuesday.

Mission-critical calm

Comfortable performing live in high-stakes, mission-critical environments — any attendance size. Small rooms to 70,000-cap arenas, breakout sessions to running the entire convention floor.

Global reach

Based in Las Vegas with an extended network across North America, Europe and Asia — we can staff, ship and show up almost anywhere on the globe.

04 · the code arm

Software by CODEDATDA.CASA

The collective's development arm ships real products — show control, broadcast tooling, AI systems and event tech. Custom software for your production is built by people who ship software for a living, not rented from a subcontractor.

05 · for the artists

Join the Nex.us

VISUALNEX.US is a collective, not a closed shop — we book more shows than any one of us can play. If you make shows happen — behind a console, a camera, a CAD file or a harness — plug into the network: we route gigs to members first, worldwide. Every applicant gets a Vibe Check — approved members are onboarded into our internal booking, support and collaboration groups: a safe space to be a nerd. House rule applies to careers too — everything is figure-outable.

VJs & Content Artists

Live visual performers, motion designers, mapping artists — bring a reel, get on stages that need what you make.

Join →

LDs, Laser & FX Ops

Lighting designers, certified laser operators, pyro and SFX techs — licensed pros who can hold a show call.

Join →

Performers & Fabricators

Dancers, aerialists, flow artists, prop builders, set fabricators — the people who make rooms unforgettable.

Join →

Creative Engineers

Show-control coders, interactive builders, media-server wranglers — engineering talent routes through our dev arm, codedatda.casa.

Join →

Production, Stage & Tour Managers

Show callers, PMs, TMs, advance people — the calm voices on comms who land the plane every single night.

Join →

Audio & Broadcast

FOH and monitor engineers, sound designers, DJs, camera and IMAG operators, livestream and broadcast techs — the signal path is a craft too.

Join →

Photo, Video & Drone

Show photographers, videographers, edit wizards and licensed drone pilots — the people who make the night live forever.

Join →

Scenic, Decor & Previz

Scenic artists, decor crews, 3D and CAD designers, render and previz artists — the ones who make the room a world before doors.

Got a gig to fill? The Nex.us has your back.

The other side of the collective: a vetted network of trusted production gurus — VJs to laser ops to pyro to show control — people who've had each other's backs on real stages for decades. If you're holding a show and need a crew you can hand it to without losing sleep, you came to the right place.

Booking FAQ

What does a VJ actually do at a festival or event?
A VJ performs the visuals live — mixing video, generative graphics and camera feeds in real time to the music across LED walls and projection surfaces. It's the difference between a screensaver and a show. Our VJs have run visuals for Ultra Worldwide, EDC / Insomniac, Moonrise and countless other stages worldwide.
How much does it cost to hire a VJ or book a laser show?
Depends on event size, dates, travel and gear. Club and single-night bookings start in the low four figures; festival main stages and full production packages are quoted per project. Send dates and details through the form — you'll get a real quote, fast.
Do you handle corporate events, or just festivals?
Both, constantly. Conferences, keynotes, award galas, product launches and brand activations — the same crews that run festival main stages bring broadcast-grade production discipline to corporate rooms. Ask about WORLDPAC, NBA events and museum galas in the reel above.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?
Constantly. Vegas is home base; the collective and its extended network book across North America, Europe, Asia and festivals at sea. If your event is on planet Earth, we can usually staff it.
Can you build custom software or content for our show?
Yes — creative engineering is half the collective. Show control, interactive installations, mapping tools and bespoke content are built in-house with our development arm, codedatda.casa.
Can I join VISUALNEX.US as an artist or creative engineer?
Yes — the Nex.us is an open network of working creatives: VJs, LDs, laser and FX operators, performers, fabricators, content artists and show coders. Pick "Join the Nex.us" in the form, drop your reel and disciplines, and a human gets back to you. Every applicant gets a Vibe Check — approved members are onboarded into our internal booking, support and collaboration groups (a safe space to be a nerd), and gigs route to members first.
How far in advance should we book?
Festival season sells out months ahead — but we've saved shows on a week's notice more than once. Reach out the moment you have dates; holds are free.
